LIFT


Sigma Phi Epsilon subscribes to the ancient Greek belief that the mind is central to humanity and that the body serves as a vessel for the mind, and thus the exercise of both is necessary for a balanced life. A Sound Body is an ideal that every brother of Sigma Phi Epsilon strives to live on an every day basis. There may never be a time for the rest of our lives where learning the tools to live a healthy and fit lifestyle are so easily accessible.

SigEp LIFT is a program that concentrates on nutrition tactics, fitness routines, leadership techniques and working as a team to achieve goals. LIFT is a day long program that consists of SigEp’s own national trainer, Frank Butterfield. Frank is an expert on fitness, nutrition, leadership, and teamwork. The day features:

  • Coordinated, team-oriented workouts
  • Discussions on leadership nutrition, and leadership
  • Q&A sessions
  • Lunch

LIFT will be held on Saturday, April 9th, and will run roughly from 11am to 6:30pm. The registration form will be available in the coming weeks.
